We’re really sorry to see you go. In order to receive a refund for your purchase you must be within the 30 day refund period that we guarantee on all of our sites.

If you’re not within the 30 day refund period then you do not qualify for a refund. If you are within the 30 day refund period, please submit a ticket and include the product you are requesting a fefund for, your JVZoo transaction ID, Clickbank ID or Warrior Payment ID, username, Paypal email address and the email you used to purchase the product.

Remember, all refund requests must be processed via JVZoo, Clickbank or Warrior Payments. Trying to request a refund via Paypal directly will cause conflict and it will either take longer to be processed or you may lose the refund all together.
